Mady

I absolutely dispise going to WalMart...I only go there if I absolutely have to. I went there today with the girls, and the only thing that I liked about the newly remodeled WalMart...was the little infant seat where you can put your little stubborn monkey that refuses to stand on her own while you help the toddler go potty...ha ha ha, and you know that you aren't going to set the 1 year old sitting on the ground...let's face it, that would be just gross! It was so exciting that YES I did take a picture of it.

Ashlyn picked a purple dolphin...after this we went to the Shark encounter and Zach said Ashlyn you might want to hold on to dad in here, cuz sharks like to eat dolphins...he cracks us up!

Wil's little brothers Jon and Tod came to visit this weekend for Tod's birthday. He turned 19. To celebrate we took the kids, Jon and Tod, and my mom to Sea World on Saturday. It was a lot of fun! On Monday we took the kids with Jon and Tod to Corona del Mar beach. It was a lot of fun...

My Birthday

Yeah here's me after the Log Jammer...I was soaked from head to toe, even my eyelashes were dripping wet...
Then there's Wil, did he even get wet? Yeah, do you see that one tiny strip on his shirt...ha ha I was dry in 15 minutes though...

I turned 29 on the 17th, Wil was still working in Minnesota then, so when he came home he brought me my favorite...yellow long stem roses, a balloon, and we have been doing a lot of family stuff this week. Then on Wen. Wil and I left the kids all day with Jillian while we went to Magic Mountain. It was a really nice get away for us. After Magic Mountain we went to victoria gardens to go shopping and eat at California Pizza Kitchen. Thanks to Jillian and my mom who had the kids while we were out relaxing...it was such a fun day. Here are just a couple of pictures that we took at Magic Mountain.

P.S. Don't mind my bright red face, I don't do well in the sun all day, I have been known to pass out before...even at Magic Mountain once...long story. It was a fun day, but really hot, we read that it was going to be a high of 78, it was actually 95...yeah!

FINALLY!

My sweet Mady less than 24 hours after she was born...we were headed home.

Mady took off walking today, I will post more with pictures once she is more stable...right now she can do 6 steps at a time. She will be 15 months on the 21st, she is so funny. She tightens up her fists and lifts them in the air...for balance. We love our Mady Monkey.

Victoria Gardens

Jillian and I decided to take all of the kids down to Victoria Gardens to get their pictures taken for a Father's Day thing we are doing...we decided to let them run through the water while drew slept and Jillian and I took turns looking at our pictures...they had so much fun, except Dean. He didn't want any part in getting wet. Ashlyn thought she would run through them and stay dry, but that didn't work! Needless to say everyone got new clothes at Children's Place by the time we were done. It was fun to watch, I wish I could have run through the water, it was so hot that day. Then we took the kids to Red Robin, the food was gross, but the kids were really good.
