Cookie Time

My kids LOVE to help make cookies...the counter gets mighty crowded when we are making chocolate chip cookies. ;) They are really good helpers, but they don't work cheap...they all take a spoonful of cookie dough as payment when the dough is all mixed.

Dance Time

Ashlyn has wanted to do Dance for a while now...we finally got in a swing of things with school and now Ashlyn started dance last week. Here she is getting ready to go, and one picture of her in her class, I know the picture is weird, but there are like 20 parents standing at one little window trying to watch their little girls dance...

Nursery

This mama is so excited for this day...Mady Monkey is 18 months now and ready to go to Nursery. I know that she will do fine, because my calling is to go there a couple times and check on the teachers and make sure everything is going well, everytime I walk by their door Mady says I play now. I play please...so today she gets to stay and play. This little sassy girl has such a personality lately, I pick a dress out of her closet and she goes No No and takes it and throws it in the laundry basket and grabs the one SHE wants to wear. She picked this one Aunt Erin. So today is going to be a fun day at Church!

Mady's trip to the ER

Well we hadn't been to the ER in a while, so Mady thought we were about due. Ashlyn was walking backwards and tripped over mady who was holding a pencil...she started gagging, then threw up a lot of blood out her mouth and nose...GROSS! yeah it went and scrapped up the whole roof of her mouth, then stabbed the back of her throat and grazed her tonsil...yea so her throat is really sore and she is on an antibiotic for the next week, plus she won't eat or drink anything since her throat hurts so bad...poor Mady. She was very lucky the dr. said, she was just a tiny pinch away from hitting a vital organ. Which would have meant major immediate surgery the dr said, so we are very happy that she will be fine!

What a Week...

First thing we HAD to do thur morning was go to Valhaula's for breakfast...yummy!

Zach mini golfing we went with all of the cousins and grandma and grandpa. It was a lot of fun, but it was 110 degrees outside

Well last week the kids started school, but they had to miss a couple of days because we headed up to Visalia for a Funeral. My grandpa passed away. We were sad to hear that he had passed, but glad that he isn't suffering any more, he had been sick for a long time. We were in a hotel in visalia for a couple of days with lots of cousins to hang out with, then we went up to fresno for a night to see wil's family. It was a BUSY, but fun week all in all. Here are some pictures of the kids during our week.

First Day of Preschool

Ashlyn went to preschool today, wasn't so sure about being a BIG girl when I told her big girls that go to preschool can't suck their thumb and take their blankets...we love our little Ashlyn and all of the DRAMA that comes along with her. She will love preschool I'm sure!

First Day of Kindergarten

Zach picked out his own shirt and backpack at a volcom outlet on our way home from Ut. He was so pumped for kindergarten to start.
